I’m hosting October’s AILeader office hours on Tuesday at 1 pm pacific. I’m looking forward to having you join me. For those who aren’t aware, AILeader office hours are where you can bring any AI problem you have to get support and ideas around solving it. This week, for the teaching part, I’m planning to talk about a new tool I’m using called Atlasti to figure out how to find connections between different topics. I’m going to be using the transcripts from Transformative Principal and I’ll walk through how it works. This is continuing our series on Retrieval-Augmented Generation, which is a fancy way of saying using your own data with the AI. This particular example is going to code things automatically and make it easier (hopefully) to see connections and relationships. I’m going to use this to add to an upcoming expanded book study of How to be a Transformative Principal. If you’d like to be part of this, or at least get the recording, please register here. Thanks, Jethro If you like what we’ve got going here, there are multiple ways you can get more.

So, we are going to...
Hi Reader, Last night we had our first session of the SchoolX Book Study. Wow. It was great. In fact, it was so good, many people had great things to share from it. The big takeaway? Practical, applicable, we can do stuff right now. I make a lot of mistakes, but I promise you, you’re going to have time, space, and opportunity to APPLY what you learn, right away. I’m pretty sure this is my superpower when it comes to presenting: practical application of the content. Not only does “sit and get”...
