AILeader Office Hours on Tuesday

Hi Reader,

I’m hosting October’s AILeader office hours on Tuesday at 1 pm pacific. I’m looking forward to having you join me.

For those who aren’t aware, AILeader office hours are where you can bring any AI problem you have to get support and ideas around solving it.

This week, for the teaching part, I’m planning to talk about a new tool I’m using called Atlasti to figure out how to find connections between different topics. I’m going to be using the transcripts from Transformative Principal and I’ll walk through how it works. This is continuing our series on Retrieval-Augmented Generation, which is a fancy way of saying using your own data with the AI.

This particular example is going to code things automatically and make it easier (hopefully) to see connections and relationships. I’m going to use this to add to an upcoming expanded book study of How to be a Transformative Principal.

If you’d like to be part of this, or at least get the recording, please register here.

Thanks,

Jethro

February 06, 2026 I’ve been interested for a long time in the idea of soft skills. I even helped produce a podcast focused on this called Skilled by Design. Tom Bay has done a lot of work in this arena. As has Seth Godin. I recently found Dr. Marvin Berkowitz’s book PRIMED for Character Education: Six Design Principles for School Improvement to have the best definition, and one that I will adopt and use frequently. I only wish I had come up with it. I use the notions of organic vs. mechanical...
